• My renderings are one of the most realistic in Singapore even compared to production houses.
• Well versed in general graphical work i.e Photoshop, photo manipulation, vectors, superimpose, studio renderings etc.

• Convey your ideas though sketches, plans, photographs, ref. materials etc.
• The more information provided, the better the results.

• Takes ~3 - 7 working days depending on complexity of drawings.
• Will deliver asap if schedule allows.
• Up to 2 amendments of the same scene less than 50% changes without additional charges.
• My standard rendering output is 1600x1200. Do let me know if different size is required.
• Image file is sent via email, approx. ~500kb per image file in JPEG format or Google drive link

• $100 - $200 for a standard VIEW depending on scene, material texture complexity and man hours put in.
• Additional charges apply for a rushed and immediate job.
• More references provided, less guesswork, less custom textures = faster and less cost.
• One VIEW is considered 1 piece of rendering.
• A scene or room may have a few VIEWS, but each view will usually cost less than just one view alone.
• Changes more than 50% = additional charges from 50% - 100%
• Additional amendment = additional charges up to 50% (free addition 1 amendment) 

• I accept cash, cheques and fund transfers, PayNow

• I also specialized in rendering in 360° Panorama. e.g. Google streetview
• Cost is only around 20% higher however the benefits of 360° is multifold.
• A virtual tour customized to your brand image will cost S$80, will be waived if it's your first time trying my 360° rendering service.
